PAUL REGAN

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Paul Regan is the CEO and founder of Next Level Holdings, a multinational holding company that specializes in risk-managed investment strategies. He has launched absolute return hedge funds that are backed by dedicated insurance policies from top-rated insurance carriers. These policies not only protect against loss of principal but also offer a contractual assurance of returns of 15% per annum.

Regan's investment strategy focuses on exploiting or creating (pre-negotiating) spot price differences for physical commodities such as gold, lumber, timber, and coffee. To mitigate risk, the hedge funds carry insurance policies issued by top-rated insurance companies like Lloyds of London, Afiancol, and Ocean International Reinsurance.

The security of capital and risk management is at the heart of Next Level Holdings' approach, and the investment strategies do not require being right about time, price, or market direction.

Next Level Holdings' investment options are designed to provide a new paradigm in investing with a low-risk arbitrage strategy combined with a dedicated insurance policy. The company's fully licensed entity coordinates the export and shipping of physical commodities to international refineries within its network, ensuring a smooth and secure investment process.

The launch of these innovative funds has come at an opportune time, providing investors with a new option for capital preservation in the wake of recent market events.

Jose Rodriquez

Chief Operations Officer & Director of Strategic Mining Partners and Mining Assets

Jose Rodriquez fulfills a very vital role within Next Level Holdings, SAS.

He has been charged with the responsibility of managing the valuable relationships we maintain between our firm and all of the mining companies with whom we have long term purchase contracts with.

Jose tirelessly ensures that all of our contractual mining partners have clear visibility as to our volume requirements quarter to quarter and helps to ensure a seamless and effective workflow and perpetual momentum for our gold trade desk.

Jose is also the head of the spear as we affectionately refer to him as it relates to vetting and bringing on new mining partners in our never ending growth and expansion efforts in Colombia.

Additionally, Jose is constantly ensuring that our mining partners are applying “fair trade practices” and as a result producing “green gold”, as it is imperative that all of the mining operations contracted to Next Level Holdings are mining gold that is ethically sourced and produced with no mercury or cyanide.

Jose oversees our philanthropic and educational endeavors and is hands on with our initiatives to donate and teach local artisanal and indigenous miners to become more environmentally responsible, which has been a key objective for Next Level Holdings as we hope to create more sustainable business practices for our mining partners.

As of now, fair trade gold is being produced in only four countries—Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Other countries in South America have yet to join the fair trade gold movement including Venezuela who recently nationalized their gold industry. That may change within the next two years as mines in Latin America, Asia, and Africa are set to join the fair trade standard. A growing number of retailers will also join the movement by beginning to sell their gold jewelry under the fair trade label.

Turning the gold mining industry into a clean, environmentally friendly practice will not happen overnight as only 15 percent of the global gold supply is produced under fair trade. Right now, fair trade only covers small-scale mining projects and has limited impact on the world’s gold supply. We are doing all that we can to set the standard of excellence but new business practices need to start somewhere and the fair trade mining practice has begun nevertheless.
